Can I mold Spenco orthotics?

We recommend wearing the product straight out of the package without molding. With Spenco Rx Custom Orthotic insoles (only), it is possible to create a personalized fit by molding the arch yourself: Bring a pan of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Place the orthotic into waterproof bag and carefully place into the hot water for two minutes. Carefully remove the bagged Spenco Rx Custom Orthotic insole from the water and pat dry with a towel, if necessary. Using pressure of the fingers and thumbs, press up to raise the arch; press down to lower the arch. Heat molding process will not work with any other Spenco insoles. Only mold arch if you are using Spenco Rx Custom Orthotic Series of insoles.
