Spencore material provides an cushioning layer that absorbs shock and impact to provide maximum comfort during wear. A top cloth made using 4-way stretch fabric with antimicrobial technology helps prevent blisters while controlling odor. Spenco RX Heel Cushions are easy to use and come with a one-year unconditional guarantee. Simply place in your shoes with the green side up and trim with scissors as needed for the best fit. Hand wash and air dry as needed.

Bone spurs

Leg length discrepancy “fix”

These are the BEST heel cushions on the planet! I couldn’t find them for a while and tried lots of other brands. Nothing comes close to these. I bought extra just in case they become hard to find in future. I use one for a leg length discrepancy. They work and don’t break down or wear out. You won’t be disappointed.

Solved my problem with blisters!

I bought Hokas recently and love them, but they were giving me blisters on the inner arches of my feet. I looked up a Youtube video and it recommended buying Spenco heel cushions to solve the problem. I put them under my insoles, and they worked like magic! No more blisters, and I can run again which I'm super happy about! Thank you Spenco. Definitely worth the (very cheap) investment.

I purchased these heel lips after a Doctor friend of mine referred me to that particular brand and I felt a difference immediately and after I had gotten a particular type of treatment the 2 combination basically took almost all of my pain away from ikeally's hill now we'll wait and see as 2 or 3 weeks go by because there's a good chance that I won't have to pain after that.
