Good for the toes!

These insoles were recommended by my orthopedic dr. as I have a Cartiva implant in my big toe. They make a huge difference in my ability to be active.

Great for hiking shoes

I use these in my la sportiva tx3 to add torsional rigidity and underfoot rock protection. It basically acts as a semi rigid lasting board like in a mountain boot. Its takes a few days for them to be comfortable but i can wear them all day without issue.

Awesome Insoles!

I absolutely love the Spenco Propel + Carbon Insoles! They made running & mt workouts in general, so much more enjoyable by providing great relief.

Very supportive insole

This Spenco insole is very supportive and unique with the added carbon on the bottom for propulsion. I was happy with how comfortable the insole is with the contours fitting my foot very well. There are many thoughtful additions and the materials used to make the insole are of excellent quality. Very highly recommend!

On my feet all day!

I gave these to my husband to try. He loves them! He is a big man and is on his feet all day, daily. He said he could feel the support and his comfort level last longer than before trying these.
