I had surgery for Posterior Tibial Tendonitis (aka Adult Acquired Flatfoot) in February 2010. I was so disappointed to find that I could no longer wear a sandal because I would not have the appropriate arch support. Then I discovered the Spenco sandals. They are so comfortable. I can wear them all day and my feet are comfortable and painless.

I have issues with Plantar Fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma in both feet. I suffered everyday to point of tears when I left work. One day I was looking through the Footsmart catalog and thought that I had tried about everything, but then I saw the Spenco sandal. The price was right, so I tried it and after a week or two the pain was already leaving. I have now worn them for almost two years straight and just purchased another pair. Thank you Spenco!
