I have purchased over 30 different top-rated insoles from just about every top manufacturer and, for the money, the Total Support ORIGINAL is right up there with the best (some costing up to 3 times more). I've also tried the THIN and they are excellent as well; thinner and more forgiving for those who don't need that much support. Next up, the MAX!

I had plantar fasciitis some years ago, which was addressed by expensive custom orthotics and physical therapy. However, the custom orthotics (which I wear in my dress shoes) were too ‘slippery’ to wear while playing basketball, etc. Then I found the PolySorb Total Support. I have been wearing them for almost 3 years and they are wonderful. No foot/knee pain and no slip. Thank you!

I have duck feet and have tried every type of insole out there (from the least to most expensive). By far, these are the most supportive and comfiest I have tried. My compliments to Spenco for a quality product and great customer service.

I've been using these insoles for about a year now. All I can say is that they're absolutely amazing! I'm a high school cross country and track runner, so I put in like 50-60 miles a week on them. It used to hurt a lot on the bottom of my feet when I was running, but now I can't even feel it. Also, I used to wear custom orthotics but the arch on them was just uncomfortable. The arch on these is just right for them to be comfortable. Thanks Spenco! I recommend these to everyone!

Plantar fasciitis has been bothering me for a long time. I tried several store brand insoles with no luck, only pain. So far these Spenco Total Support Insoles have felt wonderful.
Sure my foot needs to adjust to it a little longer, but I see no problem in that. I cannot use an insert with a hard arch support, it doesn't make my foot feel better, but these insoles do. I will wear them to work this week and see how they go. But, so far, I feel so much better! I use three various work shoes and these fit them all fine. STOP buying store brand insoles and get Spenco insoles.

Where to start? I have fallen arches as well as plantar fasciitis from years of skateboarding and heavy lifting, which has made it hard for me to do my job working on a loading dock. So I set out to find a pair of insoles. I first tried numerous pairs of Superfeet, but the fact that my foot basically flattens when I walk caused the hard plastic of Superfeet to dig into my arch and heel. After a year of searching, I finally tried the Spenco Total Support insoles, and for the first time in 2 years I was able to stand and work without having my heel and foot burn and throb. It was such a relief. I recommend these to anyone who has foot problems!

I was suffering from intense pain in my heels and the balls of both feet while wearing my Nike running shoes. These Total Support insoles have not only gotten rid of those problems, but they are also very comfortable. Thanks Spenco!

Last year I had bad shin splints and my ankle felt like it was going to pry itself apart. I was in a mall one day and spotted these. They made the pain go away in 3 days while I was training normally. They feel amazing!

I have had pain in my feet for nearly 3 months now due to overpronation, which was dragging my team down. I have tried other orthotic insoles before, but they only provided me with shock absorption. My coach suggested I try Spenco’s PolySorb Total Support insole because he has been wearing them in his Chucks for nearly a year now and they work like a charm. He gave me a pair and they work great! The pain in my feet is gone for good. I can run properly now without having to worry about my feet rolling inwards. Thanks Spenco!

I made the mistake of wearing shoes without Spenco insoles. I was in so much pain I could not walk. Desperate for relief, I tried everything. Finally I went to your website and discovered your Total Support insoles. Within the first 5 minutes I was without pain for the first time in 2 months. Hard to believe. I cannot thank you enough. I have always had a problem with overpronation, but was never able to find a shoe, orthotic, or combination of the two that helped, until now. This product has allowed me to run pain free for the first time in years. Thank you!!
